complaining about the smart phone. john matarese tells us what has customers concerned. >> reporter: more than 5 million people now have a shiny new iphone 5 and more plan to buy one. now that they have it in their hands, some buyers are complaining about some of its new features. even who got their hands on the new iphone last week was thrilled, bigger, better, faster, thinners who could complain. quite a few people. cnn reports complaints starting with the new aluminum back. the biggest gripe now concerns scratchessen the new aluminum back, replacing the glass on the old iphone. users say car keys scratch it easily and light leaking out around the edges of the screen and lightning connector that won't fit old chargers. part othe problem is it's hard to find an adapter to connect the new phone to old docs and you may think this is crazy, some are complaining it's too light, they wish it were heavier. people will always find something to complain about. go to for more, click the money tab up top so you don't waste your money. i'm john matarese, abc2 news. fnlgt maryland
